Ministers of Agriculture of Turkey, Uzbekistan and Georgia Visit Caspian Agro 2026
The 19th Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition continues at the Baku Expo Center. On May 6, delegations led by Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı, Uzbek Minister of Agriculture Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov and Georgian Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture David Songulashvili, who were visiting Azerbaijan, got acquainted with the Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions.
 
Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov informed the guests that 447 companies from 45 countries are participating in this year's Caspian Agro and InterFood Azerbaijan exhibitions, which cover all pavilions and the open area of ​​the Baku Expo Center. At the same time, Germany, Belarus, Brazil, Georgia, Italy, Korea, the Netherlands and Indonesia are represented at the exhibitions in the format of national groups, presenting agricultural and food industry products. This year, the African-Azerbaijani Cooperation Organization (AFAZ) is participating in the exhibitions with a separate stand.
 
The delegation was provided with detailed information on the activities carried out in the agricultural sector in Azerbaijan and state support for the agricultural sector. Visitors to the exhibition visited the pavilion of the Ministry of Agriculture, where innovative solutions and achievements related to the agricultural sector were demonstrated, as well as national stands of various countries, and got acquainted with the products and services offered by local and foreign companies.
